The art direction

Shot like a luxury resort brochure, as if the development were a five star hotel. Bright clear sunshine, a deep blue sky, the pool water turquoise and sparkling with caustics, crisp white loungers, folded towels, a parasol, lush palms and planting. One or two guests relaxing in real, unposed moments: floating, reading on a lounger, stepping out of the water, a drink on a side table. Clean, fresh, saturated but natural colour, bright exposure with detail held in the whites, a sense of calm and escape. Everything immaculate and inviting, never a stock photo smile.

That paragraph goes to the model with your renders, alongside whatever you write in your own words. It sets the light, the lens and the grade. It never touches the building: storeys, massing, materials, window rhythm and landscaping stay exactly as the architect drew them.
