Privacy policy

VantageKV takes the renders and reference photos you upload, sends them to Anthropic and Google to write art direction and generate key visuals, and stores the results in your account so you can come back to them. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed below.

Account. Your email address, and the Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. We do not receive or store a password.

Content. The CGI renders and reference photos you upload, the brief you type, the art direction generated from them, and the images generated in return.

Usage. Your credit balance, plan, and a record of each generation: its title, prompt, preset, aspect ratio, resolution and time.

Billing. When you buy credits, Stripe handles the payment and we store only the customer reference it returns. Card numbers never reach our servers.

Supabase hosts authentication, the database and file storage, in the United States.

Anthropic receives your uploads and brief to write the art direction.

Google receives your uploads and the art direction to generate the images.

Vercel hosts and serves the site.

Stripe processes payments.

Each of these handles your content under its own terms and privacy policy. We pass them only what is needed to produce your key visuals.

A reference photograph you upload may show identifiable people, which makes it personal data about them even though they are not our customer. It is handled the same way as the rest of your uploads: stored in your own account and sent to the AI providers named above so the image can be produced. It is not used to train anyone's model, it is not shared with anyone else, and we do not run face recognition or build any biometric profile from it.

We do not reproduce those people. A reference is used for its light, framing, camera and action, and the key visual is generated with different individuals. If you believe an image on this service shows you and you did not agree to it, write to hello@vantagekv.com and we will remove it.

Where a reference shows someone other than you, you are the controller of their personal data and we process it on your behalf. Having whatever consent the law requires is your responsibility, not ours.

Generated images are stored in a bucket that is readable by anyone holding the file URL. The URLs are long and not listed anywhere public, but they are not password protected. Treat an image URL as something you would be comfortable forwarding, and tell us if you need a generation removed.

Your generation records, prompts and credit balance are protected by row level security, so your account can only read its own rows.

We set the cookies Supabase needs to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or third party tracking on this site.

We keep your generations until you ask us to remove them or close your account. Email hello@vantagekv.com from your account address and we will delete your account, your stored images and your generation records. Deleting the account cascades to everything attached to it.

Some records may persist briefly in provider backups and in Stripe's payment records, which we are required to retain for accounting purposes.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@vantagekv.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who receives it, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell account holders by email.
