Magazine-grade, natural light, unstaged.

The art direction
Shot like a lifestyle story for a design or travel magazine by a documentary photographer, not like architectural or real estate photography: available light only with no artificial fill, a muted slightly desaturated palette of stone, linen and shadow. People, if any, are caught in real unposed moments, off guard and natural, and small human traces belong in the frame: a coat over a chair, a half read book, a cup left on a table. Quiet composition with room to breathe. Fine grain, restrained contrast, real texture, nothing glossy, polished or retouched. It should read as reportage of a place someone already lives in, never as a brochure render or advertising.
That paragraph goes to the model with your renders, alongside whatever you write in your own words. It sets the light, the lens and the grade. It never touches the building: storeys, massing, materials, window rhythm and landscaping stay exactly as the architect drew them.
