Terms of service

These terms cover your use of VantageKV at vantagekv.com. Creating an account means you accept them. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept on its behalf.

You upload a CGI render, optionally a reference photo, and a sentence of brief. VantageKV writes art direction with Claude and generates key visuals with Nano Banana Pro. Output is machine generated and will not always be usable. Review every image before it goes near a campaign.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm you hold the rights to it, including any render supplied by an architect or developer, and any photograph used as a reference.

You grant us the licence needed to run the service: to store your uploads and to pass them to the AI providers listed in the privacy policy so they can produce your images.

A reference photograph is used for its photography: the light, the hour, the colour, the framing, the camera and the action. It is never used for the identity of anyone in it. Where a reference shows people, the key visual is generated with different individuals doing the same thing, with different faces, hair and build, and we instruct both the art direction model and the image model accordingly.

That is a safeguard, not a guarantee. AI models are not deterministic, and you are responsible for checking the images you publish. If a generated person resembles someone real closely enough to identify them, do not publish that image. Tell us and we will help you regenerate it.

You confirm that you hold whatever rights are needed in any photograph you upload, including the consent of identifiable people in it where the law requires one. Do not upload a photograph of a person in order to place that person in a campaign, and do not upload images of children who are not your own or for whom you do not hold a guardian's written consent.

The key visuals generated from your inputs are yours to use commercially, including in marketing for the development they depict. Your use also has to respect the terms of the underlying model providers, and nothing here grants rights to third party trademarks, people or products that appear in an image.

Generation is paid for in credits. A key visual costs 100 credits at 1K, 120 at 2K and 240 at 4K on the Pro engine, and less on the Fast engine. New accounts start with 500 free credits.

Credits are deducted when a generation starts and refunded automatically for any image that fails. Unused credits roll over for as long as your plan is active. Top-up credits do not expire.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Every plan grants its credits one month at a time; a yearly plan is billed once and then credited monthly across the term. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves you the credits you have already been granted. Credits themselves are not refundable for cash.

You agree not to use VantageKV to:

upload content you do not have the rights to; generate material that is unlawful, defamatory or designed to deceive about a real property or transaction; depict identifiable people without their permission; attempt to defeat credit metering or access another account; or resell raw access to the service as your own generation API.

We can suspend an account that does these things. If we suspend you without cause, we refund the unused balance.

The service depends on third party AI providers and is offered as it is, without an uptime guarantee. Providers change, rate limit and deprecate models, which can affect generation quality and speed.

To the extent the law allows, VantageKV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or campaign costs. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

You are responsible for checking that a generated image is accurate and appropriate before publishing it. Marketing a property with an image that misrepresents it is your risk, not ours.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
