About VantageKV
VantageKV turns a property developer’s CGI renders into finished campaign key visuals. It is a web application, sold by subscription, operated by Charm Theory in Dubai.
What the product does
A property is marketed long before it is built, so the only pictures a developer has are CGI renders: architecturally correct, well lit, and obviously computer generated. Nobody lives in them. Campaign work needs photographs instead, and a photo shoot is impossible because the building does not exist yet.
VantageKV closes that gap. A customer uploads one to four renders, optionally adds a reference photograph for mood, and describes the moment they want in a sentence. Claude writes the art direction from that, and Nano Banana Pro, Google’s image model, renders it at up to 4K. The building is reproduced exactly as the architect drew it, down to storeys, massing, facade materials, window rhythm and landscaping. Only the light, the weather, the people and the moment are new.
The result is the image a campaign is built on: the hoarding, the brochure cover, the launch post. About three minutes from render to four finished options.
Who it is for
Property developers, their in-house marketing teams, and the agencies that run their launches. The typical customer has a folder of renders from their architect and a launch date, and currently pays a retoucher or a CGI studio for every hero image.
How customers pay
Monthly or yearly subscription, from $25 to $999 a month, billed through Stripe. Each plan includes a credit allowance and a key visual costs 70 to 240 credits depending on resolution. Credits roll over, and one-off top-ups are available without a plan. Everything generated carries a commercial licence.
What it is built on
The application is a Next.js app running on Vercel, with Postgres, authentication and object storage on Supabase. Image generation is Nano Banana Pro, Google’s image model, reached through the Gemini API. Art direction is written by Anthropic’s Claude. Upscaling uses Topaz Labs. Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe.
The privacy policy lists every processor and what each one receives.
