Real estate key visuals
The key visual your launch is built on, made from the render you already have
Every off plan campaign needs one image that sells the life before the building exists: the hoarding, the brochure cover, the launch post. Traditionally that means a photo shoot you cannot do yet, or a CGI that looks like a CGI.
VantageKV starts from your architect’s render and photographs it as if it were finished: golden hour on the facade, a family on the lawn, a swimmer in the pool. The building is reproduced exactly, storey for storey and material for material. Only the light, the life and the moment are new.
From render to key visual in three steps
- Upload. One to four renders of the project, and a reference photo for mood if you have one.
- Describe the moment. One sentence: who is there, what they are doing, what time of day it is.
- Choose a look. Editorial, family life, resort living and more. Each is a written art direction, not a filter. Four finished key visuals arrive in about three minutes.
The architecture never changes
The render defines the building. Storeys, massing, facade materials, window rhythm and landscaping are reproduced from your CGI, and every prompt ends with an instruction to keep the architecture exactly as rendered. A key visual that changes the building is a key visual a developer cannot use, so this is the rule everything else works around. How VantageKV works
Every format a campaign needs
- 16:9. Web, hoarding, video cover
- 21:9. Billboard, banner
- 3:2. Brochure, print
- 4:5. Instagram feed
- 1:1. Square social
- 9:16. Stories, reels, mupi
Generated natively at 1K, 2K or 4K, and 4K can be enlarged to 8K for large-format print.
Renders in, key visuals out
Real runs: the render as it came from the architect, and the key visual made from it.

Questions
What is a key visual?
A key visual is the single image a property campaign is built on: the hero shot on the hoarding, the brochure cover, the launch post. It is the render turned into a photograph someone wants to live in.
Does it change my architecture?
No. The render defines the building and every prompt ends with an instruction to keep the architecture exactly as rendered. Storeys, massing, facade materials, window rhythm and landscaping are reproduced from your CGI. Only light, weather, people and mood are new.
How long does one take?
About three minutes from dropping in a render to finished key visuals, one, two or four at a time, including the time Claude spends writing the art direction.
What resolution do I get?
1K, 2K or 4K, generated natively rather than upscaled. Any key visual can then be enlarged to 8K for print and hoardings.
Can I direct the camera and the light?
Yes. Height, facing and distance are chosen from a viewfinder that shows what the camera would actually see, and the sun's direction, flare, shadows and clouds are picked the same way. Both are passed through as non-negotiable.
