The art direction

Composed as a single frame from a feature film rather than as a photograph. Wide anamorphic feel on a long lens, clear separation between subject and background, atmosphere visible in the air as haze, mist or dust carrying the light. One figure placed small and off-centre, seen from behind or in profile and unaware of the camera. Restrained contrast, a cool desaturated grade lifted by one warm light source, deep negative space, and the quiet of a moment just before something happens.

That paragraph goes to the model with your renders, alongside whatever you write in your own words. It sets the light, the lens and the grade. It never touches the building: storeys, massing, materials, window rhythm and landscaping stay exactly as the architect drew them.
